Yes, in the scan filter you can choose "Advanced Filters" and one of them you can set is a "Minimum Avg Pot", any table that does not meet the minimum will not be scanned.

Or, you can use the Configure > List Filters, which are the same as the AutoWaitlist Filters. Make a table filter, then Add a condition "Avg Pot" and you can set it to whatever you want, then you can filter out any tables out of the main window that don't meet your Avg Pot condition, and you can also use that filter for AutoWaitlist
