Default No stats showing up

Windows XP
Full Tilt
Hold'em Manager 3

I just recently managed to install both hold'em manager and thus get table scan working but for some reason I don't have any stats showing up in either program.

Thank You,
Yan

A table shows up on the bottom but in the minute adjust integer section there is a 0 for every site. I am not sure if this is what you meant by the table being empty. I haven't done anything since this step because i want to make sure im on the same page. The site_id integer category is in increasing order the further down you go on the table. I am just wondering what i should do at this point in the process.

Thanks again,
Yan

It sounds like your database is probably normal, the only other problem I have seen a few times it that people do not have the Database "Type" selected in TableScan, it should be "Holdem Manager". If that's not the issue could you send me an instant message and I will look at it on teamviewer
