Scoring
Hi.
Love the software but would like to see some more default scoring and definitions. Does anybody have some good scoring and profiles to share? |

Hey DrPepper, I'd suggest you start by scoring players for their VPIP, and then move on from there to other stats you like. I do want to add some default scoring rules as well, but i would base them mostly on VPIP and PFR

Thanks. I have played around with the scoring, using #fish, #regs, VPIP, PFR, #shortstacks, players to flop, etc. It takes some time to adjust the values so that you get the most profitable tables out on top but it is definitely worth it. Happy to share with the forum if you think it might benefit anyone or if somebody could give me feedback.

Greetings:
DrPepper, you're definitely on the right track of this very important issue. My approach is to try out this program "Note Caddy" which only writes notes on Tilt and Stars and of course Stars frowns on "histories" but are ok with "notes". The Caddy also does some color coding. Additionally I'd set up the different fish types but my data base is so small, there's got to be a faster way. By the way, what is a "Whale"? I'll be following your results. This is the name of the game. David |

In the past few days...been having trouble with "notes" but a few of my old "fish" definitions from this program have now popped up...it's the best I've got so I'm going with it.
Also going to try to use VP$IP and maybe PFR. Good luck to all. |
