Default No Stats Showing Up

- Your Operating System (Windows XP or Vista)
- The Poker Client(s) you are scanning
- The type of database you are scanning (HoldemManager or PT3)
------------------

- Windows XP
- PokerStars
- HoldemManager

-------------------

I run the autoscan and that goes through the tables. Unfortunately it doesnt seem to be getting my HEM stats at all. I set up the postgre thing just fine and it's pointing to the right database. Here's a screenshot.

How do I fix this?

Some possible causes lifted from Zandry's TST post on 2+2:

If you are using a version of HEM that is pre-1.06, it is not supported in this version. I can easily add support to the next update, but it will be a bit slower scan because HEM's database caching was not as good back then.

It's also possible that you have more than one database and you did not select the right Database in the "Name" field of the "Add New Database" dialog.

It's also possible that you don't have your database set to "Active", you can do this in the "Database > Set Active Database" menu. Do you get any errors (in the bottom right above the status panel) when you scan?
Have you met any of these criteria?

I have checked and :

1. I am using HEM 1.08.04 (latest version)

2. I do have more than one database, but three are for PT3 which I have not used in about a year. My HoldemManager database is the one with all my stats in it, and I selected that one.

3. I did set the HEM database as "active"

I tried restarting TST and ... no luck.

Hey, thank you for your help, I found the problem, it was a very obvious little mistake I made which specifically relates to scanning PokerStars with HEM. Check back tomorrow or Thursday for a new version.

- Windows XP ( PL version)
- Party Poker (English)
- Poker Tracker 3

I have the same problem with Party Poker. I run the autoscan and that goes through the tables. Unfortunately it doesnt seem to be getting my PT3 stats at all.
