Any estimated time to fix table scan turbo HUD problems? It's very difficult playing with it because I only can use hovering mode and the poker software goes very very slow sometimes (when I have playing for a few time).

I use windows 7 64 bits and holdem manager. My compoter is almost new.

I will definitely test it in the next day or two. Is there any specific thing that happens that causes it to crash on embedded mode? Like, when a table gets opened?

No, it happens when I activate that mode and I'm playing a few minutes.

I think that I have solved the lag problem with hovering hud method. In "HUD options > Table Preferences", in "Screen scrape method" we select "screenscraphe". This is another method to show HM HUD and Party software works without lag.
